Winter in Bakersfield

It might be hard to read the words on this, but it was some of the most rewarding script I found.

Mon-Chicken Noodle Soup with homemade noodles
Tues-Stir Fry
Wed-(shopping day, cut up food)  Tostadas: Homemade tostada shells, top with sour cream, mashed beans (like refried) diced potatoes n carrots, tomatoes, avacado, lettuce, sprouts
Thurs-Hawaian Haystacks: Brown rice topped with white sauce (made with brown flour) tuna, pinnaple, diced celery and bell peppers, grated cheese, salt n pepper

Breakfast:

Green Smoothie

Pancakes

Muffins

Eggs n Cheese

French Toast

Toasted Egg Sandwiches

Whole Grain Porridge
